In these cases the condition has become so bad of the infection that getting the tattoo removed is the only option left.

Before deciding on your tattoo you must think and understand that you like the design enough to live with it for the next many years. If you are worried about getting that tattoo, just forget it. Even though it seems fashionable at that time, the price of removal and surgery may not justify its worth in the long run.
